Personal information submitted to RIETI is handled appropriately within the scope of the purpose of use and will not be disclosed to any third party unless specifically required by law. [Data Management] List of Participants in Public Tender Seminars Personal information submitted to RIETI will be used for the purpose of contacting participants. [Conferences] (1) Seminar and Symposium Participants Lists Personal information submitted to RIETI will be used solely for internal purposes based on the "RIETI policy on the protection of personal information" except as stipulated by the laws and regulations. These include the administering of symposiums and seminars hosted, co-hosted, or sponsored by RIETI, any forms of communication from RIETI, sending invitations for various events, sending questionnaires for improving RIETI's work quality, and using for reference in creating content for the RIETI website. Moreover, within the scope of administrating the above mentioned symposiums and seminars, participant lists may be provided to the speakers and those involved in administering such events. [Images] Seminar / Symposium Images Purpose of Use of Images [WEB] 1) RIETI Newsletter Registration Form E-mail addresses will be used for the purpose of sending RIETI newsletters and invitations to symposiums and other events. Other personal information will be used for the purpose of providing data to facilitate the production of content on the RIETI website. Personal information submitted to RIETI is handled appropriately within the scope of the purpose of use and will not be disclosed to any third party unless specifically required by law. 2) Posting of comments in response to columns Personal information submitted to RIETI will be posted on the RIETI website with prior consent. Names and e-mail addresses will be used for the purpose of contacting person submitting comments for columns regarding any editorial changes to be made (e.g., length, clarity et cetera). RIETI will then post comments on the website.
